THINK & SHAPE
At TS Childcare Society, we believe in the importance of nurturing a child's positive attitude and character as part of their educational journey. We understand that education goes beyond academic achievement; it also encompasses developing important social-emotional skills and character traits that will serve children throughout their lives.
We understand that every child is unique, with their strengths, interests, and learning styles. That's why we offer a child-centred program tailored to meet each child's individual needs. We want to operate an inclusive daycare where all children can recognize what it means to live in a socially responsible world.
At TS Childcare Society, we strive to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Our dedicated team of educators, designers, and builders are passionate about early childhood education and are committed to providing the highest quality of care and education in Canada.

How Do We Impact?
Think
Our focus is on identifying and addressing areas that are often overlooked by traditional business models, ensuring that all sectors of the community receive the support and services they need.
Design
We prioritize functionality and quality-focused spaces that support play-based learning for children. Our design-thinking approach ensures that the facilities we create are optimal for fostering creativity, exploration, and growth in a safe and engaging environment.
Operate
We bring our core values and philosophy to life by integrating them into our building facilities and implementing them into the programs we operate, connecting with children, parents, staff, neighbours, and donors to share the future.
How do we reshape childcare programs?
1. Collaborate with Experts
Work with special education early childhood educators, child psychologists, and other professionals directly into the programs.
2. Focus on Holistic Development
Emphasize the importance of addressing all aspects of a child's development, including physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
3. Inclusive Childcare
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that celebrates cultural diversity and respects each child's unique backgrounds, challenges, and experiences.
4. Implement Play-Based Learning
Recognize the value of play in fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and social development in young children.
5. Prioritize Health and Safety
Ensure that all programs and facilities adhere to high standards of health and safety to protect the well-being of children and staff.
6. Involve Families & Communities
Establish strong partnerships with families to create a collaborative approach to childcare and support children's learning and development at home and in the childcare setting.
Our Projects
We actively develop partnerships with local like-minded landlords, investors, churches and non-profit organizations to make the dream come true.
Our expertise and heart to serve the community is being heard in the following cities.
What Makes Our Space Unique?
1. Inclusive Operation
We do not require a medical/development diagnosis to receive an individual care plan. If we find that a child needs extra support, we will provide an inclusive environment and extra educators to support the child’s care. This includes meeting various needs with a wholistic approach to education and development, including but not limited to toilet learning and collaborating with medical care team to work within childcare hours.
2. Stimulating and Enriching Space Design
The program will incorporate a blend of play-based learning, creative arts, outdoor exploration, and social-emotional development activities to cater to the diverse needs and interests of each child. The facility will be designed to encourage imagination, curiosity, and active engagement, ensuring that children are provided with a safe and supportive space to learn and grow.
3. Accessible Facility, Individual Therapy room, and Gross Motor Room
Our top priority is to promote inclusivity and embrace diversity, striving to establish a warm and inclusive environment for children of all backgrounds and abilities. We will offer specialized programs and support services tailored to meet the needs of children with special requirements, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and realize their full potential. This commitment is reflected in our facilities, which include accessible washrooms and showers, ramps as needed, widened pathways between furniture, and outdoor play structures designed for accessibility. Additionally, the space will feature dedicated therapy rooms for professionals to work with individual children, as well as a gross motor room to facilitate active play during inclement weather.
4. Growing Educators and Fostering Quality Education
We exemplify the highest standards, placing a significant emphasis on the well-being and developmental requirements of children. This commitment is exemplified through the environment created by our educators. Our program is not only led by qualified and experienced early childhood educators but also incorporates carefully designed spaces that enhance everyday tasks and promote a sense of vitality and connection with children in mind. As both childcare space designers and operators of our exclusive facility, we believe that our educational philosophy should extend beyond mere curriculums. Our goal is to instill a passion for learning and growth in both our educators and the children under our care.
